HH The Amir Receives U.S. President's Senior Advisor and Accompanying Delegation

His Highness The Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani received on Tuesday at his office at the Amiri Diwan HE Senior Advisor to the President of the United States of America, Jared Kushner; HE Assistant to the President and Special Representative for International Negotiations, Jason Greenblatt; HE Deputy National Security Advisor, Dina Powell; and HE Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Arabian Gulf Affairs, Tim Lenderking.

The meeting reviewed a number of issues of mutual interest, including the peace process in the Middle East, the improvement of the humanitarian situation and living conditions in Gaza Strip, and the exerted efforts to establish peace and its importance in combating terrorism and extremism.

The meeting reaffirmed commitment to strengthening and developing the close ties of cooperation and friendship between the State of Qatar and the United States of America in various fields.
