HH The Amir Receives GCC Secretary-General

His Highness The Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani received this morning, at Sheikh Abdullah Bin Jassim Majlis at the Amiri Diwan, HE Secretary-General of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf (GCC) Jasem Mohamed Al Budaiwi and the accompanying delegation, who called on HH The Amir to greet him on the occasion of his appointment as GCC Secretary-General.

At the outset of the meeting, HH The Amir congratulated HE the Secretary-General, wishing him success in performing his duties to achieve the aspirations of the GCC states.

For his part, HE the Secretary-General expressed his thanks and appreciation to HH The Amir for welcoming him and for the State of Qatar's role and permanent support for the GCC march, wishing His Highness good health and wellness and the State of Qatar and its people further development and prosperity.
