HH The Amir Receives Chairman of the Presidential Council of Libya

His Highness The Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani received, on Sunday at the Amiri Diwan, HE Chairman of the Presidential Council of Libya Fayez Mustafa Al Sarraj, who is visiting Qatar to partake in the Doha Forum 2019.

The meeting discussed bilateral ties between the two brotherly countries in addition to the developments in Libya and the region. HE Al Sarraj briefed HH The Amir on the latest developments in Libya.

HH The Amir affirmed the State of Qatar's firm position in support for Libya and its unity, and for the internationally-recognized Libyan Government of National Accord.
