HH The Amir Receives U.S. Secretary of the Treasury

His Highness The Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani received on Thursday, at his office at Al Bahr Palace, HE U.S. Secretary of the Treasury Steven Mnuchin and his accompanying delegation, on the occasion of their visit to the country.

The meeting dealt with reviewing cooperation ties and the strategic partnership between the State of Qatar and the United States of America, as well as the means to enhance them in financial, and economic fields. Efforts on counter-terrorism were also reviewed.

The meeting addressed a number of regional and international issues of joint interest as well.
