HH The Amir Sends Message to Secretary General of Central American Integration System

His Highness The Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani has sent a written message to HE Secretary General of the Central American Integration System (SICA) Vinicio Cerezo.

The the message was handed over by Acting Charge d'Affaires of the State of Qatar embassy to El Salvador Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Horr, during a meeting with the Secretary-General of the Organization for the Integration of Central American States at the headquarters of the General Secretariat of the Organization in San Salvador.
