HH The Amir Issues Decision Appointing Qatari Ambassador to Somalia

His Highness The Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani issued on Tuesday Amiri Decision No. 10 of 2018 on appointing Hassan Hamza Asad Hashem as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Federal Republic of Somalia.

The decision is effective starting from its date of issue and is to published in the official gazette.
