HH The Amir Issues Instruments of Ratification

His Highness The Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani issued an instrument of ratification, approving a draft memorandum of understanding on cooperation in the field of higher education between the governments of the State of Qatar and the Republic of Turkey, which was signed in Trabzon on Dec. 18, 2016.

HH The Amir issued an instrument of ratification, approving the ratification of a memorandum of understanding between the governments of the State of Qatar and the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka on the mutual exemption of visas for holders of diplomatic, special and official passports, which was signed in Doha on Oct. 26, 2017.

HH The Amir also issued an instrument of ratification, approving the ratification of a memorandum of understanding on cooperation in the field of health and medical sciences between the governments of the State of Qatar and the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, which was signed in Doha on Oct. 26, 2017.

In addition, HH The Amir issued an instrument of ratification, approving the draft agreement on cooperation in the cultural field between the governments of the State of Qatar and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, which was signed in Doha on Nov. 21, 2017.
