HH The Amir Arrives in Riyadh

His Highness The Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani arrived today morning in Riyadh, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to take part in the summit of the GCC countries and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), scheduled to be held later today in the city of Riyadh.

Upon arrival at King Khalid International Airport, HH The Amir was welcomed by HRH Acting Governor of Riyadh Region at the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Prince Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, HH Mayor of the Riyadh region Prince Faisal Bin Abdulaziz Bin Ayyaf, HE Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Jasem Mohamed Albudaiwi, HE Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Bandar bin Mohammed Al Attiyah, HH Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the State of Qatar Prince Mansour bin Khalid bin Farhan Al Saud and members of the Qatari embassy.

HH The Amir is accompanied by HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani and an official delegation.
