HH The Amir Arrives in Glasgow

His Highness The Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani arrived Monday morning in Glasgow, Scotland, the United Kingdom, to participate in the 26th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP26), which will take place later today.

Upon his arrival at Glasgow Airport, HH The Amir was welcomed by HE the Special Representative of HM Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom Lord Peter McCarthy and a number of senior British officials.

During the visit, HH The Amir is accompanied by an official delegation.
