HH The Amir Arrives in Kuwait

His Highness The Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani arrived in Kuwait City on Monday morning on a one-day official visit to the sisterly State of Kuwait.

HH The Amir and the accompanying delegation were welcomed upon arrival at Kuwait International Airport by HH the Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.

Also present to welcome HH The Amir were HH the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, HE Speaker of the National Assembly Marzouq Ali Al-Ghanim, HE Deputy Head of the National Guard Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, HH the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, HE First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense Sheikh Nasser Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, HE Deputy Prime Minister and Interior Minister Lt. Gen. Sheikh Khaled Al-Jarrah Al-Sabah and a number of Their Excellencies Sheikhs and Ministers and senior civilian and military officials of Kuwait along with HE Qatar's Ambassador to Kuwait Bandar bin Mohammad Al Attiya, HE Kuwait's Ambassador to Qatar Hafeez Mohammed Al Ajmi and members of the Qatari Embassy.

HH The Amir was accorded an official reception upon arrival.
