HH The Amir Leaves Istanbul

His Highness The Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani left Istanbul on Monday evening, after he co-chaired with HE President of the Republic of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan the fourth meeting of Qatar-Turkey Supreme Strategic Committee, which was concluded earlier today.

HH The Amir was seen off upon departure at Ataturk International Airport by HE Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey Mevlut Cavusoglu, HE Qatar's Ambassador to Turkey Salem Mubarak Shafi Al Shafi, HE Turkey's Ambassador to Qatar Fikret Ozer and the Qatari Embassy staff.

HH The Amir sent a cable to HE President Recep Tayyip Erdogan to express deep thanks and appreciation for the warm welcome and hospitality accorded to him during the visit of the Republic of Turkey to participate in the fourth meeting of Qatar-Turkey Supreme Strategic Committee.

HH The Amir expressed his deep satisfaction with the positive and constructive outcome of the meeting, which will contribute to strengthening and developing the strong relations between the two brotherly countries in various fields for the benefit of the two peoples and the common interest; and his best wishes of the best of health and wellness for HE the President and further progress and prosperity for the Turkish people.
