HH The Amir directs to aid the besieged Gaza Strip by $ 150 million

His Highness The Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, gave a directive to aid the people of the Gaza Strip who are living in difficult situations, because of the suffocating siege.

In the framework of implementing the directives of His Highness, the Qatar Development Fund has pledged $150 million as an emergency humanitarian aid to alleviate the humanitarian situation in Gaza strip which is under a siege for years. The fund will work urgently to provide this package of assistance through the UNDP and relevant UN agencies.
