HH The Deputy Amir Chairs Second Meeting of QU Board of Trustees

His Highness The Deputy Amir Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Thani, the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Qatar University (QU), presided over the second meeting of the Board of Trustees for the academic year 2015/2016, which was held at the Amiri Diwan today.

The meeting discussed topics on the agenda, including a report on the projects implemented by the QU in various fields during the academic year 2015/2016. It addressed as well the development of the QU's organizational structure and its strategic plans and projects for the years 2017 - 2022.

The second meeting took a number of appropriate decisions, including the approval of the creation of the QU College of Health Sciences.
