HH The Amir Receives Phone Call from Pakistani Prime Minister

His Highness The Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani received a phone call from HE Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Imran Khan on Sunday evening.

During the phone call, the two sides discussed the bilateral relations and ways of enhancing and developing them.

The phone call also reviewed the latest developments in the regional and international arenas, especially the developments in Afghanistan. The Pakistani Prime Minister expressed thanks and appreciation to HH The Amir for the efforts exerted by the State of Qatar in support of the peace process in Afghanistan, and praised its role in the evacuation operations of the civilians.
