His Highness The Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani held on Monday a phone call with HE President of Cote d'Ivoire Alassane Ouattara, in which HH The Amir offered condolences on the death of Prime Minister Amadou Gon Coulibaly.
