HH The Amir Holds Telephone Conversation with Italian Prime Minister

His Highness The Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani held a telephone conversation this evening with Prime Minister of the friendly Republic of Italy Paolo Gentiloni.

During the phone call, they discussed the latest developments in the Gulf crisis and its repercussions on the region, and the efforts exerted to resolve it through diplomatic channels, as part of the mediation efforts of the sisterly State of Kuwait, as well as a number of international issues of common concern.

The two sides also discussed bilateral relations between the two friendly countries and ways of developing and strengthening them in various fields.
