HH The Amir Receives Call from Lebanese President

His Highness The Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani received Monday a telephone call from Lebanese President Michel Sleiman.

During the call, the Lebanese President expressed his thanks and appreciation to HH The Amir for the State of Qatar's efforts that led to the release of the nuns of Mar Takla church in Lattakia, Syria, in addition to the release of more than 153 female prisoners from the Syrian regime's prisons.
