His Highness The Deputy Amir Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Thani sent cables of condolences to HM Emperor Naruhito of Japan and HE Prime Minister Fumio Kishida on the victims of the earthquake that struck central Japan, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
