His Highness The Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani sent on Monday a cable of condolences to HE President of the Republic of the Philippines Rodrigo Duterte on the victims of Typhoon Rai that hit the Philippines, wishing a speedy recovery for the injured.
