HH The Deputy Amir Sends Condolences to Head of Chadian Transitional Military Council

His Highness The Deputy Amir Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Thani sent today a cable of condolences to the head of the Transitional Military Council of the Republic of Chad General Mahamat Idriss Deby, on the death of his father, the President of the Republic of Chad Idriss Deby.
