His Highness The Deputy Amir Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Thani sent on Wednesday a cable of congratulations to HH the Amir of the sisterly State of Kuwait Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on the occasion of taking the oath as the Amir of the State of Kuwait.
