HH The Deputy Amir Congratulates President of Uganda

His Highness The Deputy Amir Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Thani sent today a cable of congratulations to HE President of the Republic of Uganda Yoweri Kaguta Museveni on the occasion of the anniversary of his country's Independence Day.
