His Highness The Deputy Amir Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Thani sent on Sunday a cable of condolences to HE President of the Republic of Philippines Rodrigo Duterte on the victims of Typhoon Goni which stroke the south of Luzon Island, wishing a speedy recovery for the injured.
