His Highness The Deputy Amir Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Thani sent on Sunday a cable of condolences to HH the Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, on the death of Sheikh Talal Naser Al-Athbi Al-Sabah.
