His Highness The Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani sent on Friday a cable of condolences to HE President of the Republic of Madagascar Andry Rajoelina on the victims of the stampede incident during the Independence Day celebrations, wishing a speedy recovery for the injured.
