His Highness The Deputy Amir Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Thani sent on Tuesday a cable of congratulations to HE President of the State Council and Council of Ministers of the Republic of Cuba Miguel Diaz-Canel on the anniversary of the revolution victory in his country.
