HH The Amir Congratulates Chairman of Sudan's Sovereignty Council

His Highness The Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani sent today a cable of congratulations to HE Lieutenant General Abdel Fattah Al Burhan on the occasion of the formation of the Sovereignty Council and his swearing-in as the new Chairman of the council, wishing him and the members of the council success and to the Sudanese people stability and progress.
