His Highness The Deputy Amir Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Thani sent on Saturday a cable of condolences to HE General Secretary of the Communist Party of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Nguyen Phu Trong on the death of HE President of Vietnam Tran Dai Quang.
