HH the Deputy Amir Sends Congratulations to Sultan Qaboos

His Highness the Deputy Amir Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Thani sent a cable of congratulations on Sunday to HM Sultan Qaboos bin Said of the Sultanate of Oman, on the occasion of the anniversary of his accession to the throne.
