His Highness The Deputy Amir Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Thani sent Thursday a cable of congratulations to Sultan Hassan al Bolkiah of the Federation of Brunei Darussalam on the occasion of the anniversary of his country's Independence Day.
