HH The Amir Offers Condolences to Afghan President

His Highness The Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani sent today a cable of condolences to HE President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan on the victims of the two explosions which targeted a local news agency and a cultural center in Kabul, praying Allah to grant them mercy and to grant the injured a speedy recovery.
