HH The Deputy Amir Sends Cable of Condolences to Russian President

His Highness The Deputy Amir Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Thani sent Tuesday a cable to President Vladimir Putin of the Russian Federation  to  express his condolences on the assassination of Russia's ambassador to Turkey Andrey Karlov .
