HH The Amir Offers Condolences to Russian President

His Highness The Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani sent a cable of condolences to President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin on the assassination of the Russian Ambassador to Turkey Andrey Karlov, who was murdered on Monday. HH The Amir also expressed strong condemnation and denunciation of the criminal attack on the Ambassador, stressing the State of Qatar's firm position that rejects violence and terrorism in all their forms, whatever their motives and causes.
