HH The Amir Congratulates Amir of Kuwait

His Highness The Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani sent Tuesday a cable of congratulations to the Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on the UN naming him as a Humanitarian Leader and naming Kuwait as a Humanitarian Centre, wishing him every success and the State of Kuwait and the brotherly people of Kuwait further development and growth.
