HH The Amir Chairs Supreme Council for Economic Affairs Meeting

His Highness The Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Chairman of the Supreme Council for Economic Affairs and Investment, presided on Wednesday morning over the council's first meeting of 2018 which took place at Al Bahr Palace.

The meeting was attended by HH The Deputy Amir and Vice-Chairman of the Council Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Thani, HE Prime Minister and Minister of Interior who is also the Executive Member Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani, and their excellencies members of the councils.

The meeting focused on the subjects on the agenda, and took the appropriate decisions regarding them. The council discussed the implementation steps of the Second National Development Strategy (2018-2022), in addition to discussing the latest developments related to the energy affairs.
