HH The Amir Appoints Minister of State at Ministry of Foreign Affairs

His Highness The Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani issued today the Amiri Order No. 5 of 2023, appointing HE Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Saleh Al Khulaifi as Minister of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The Amiri Order is effective starting from its date of issue, and is to be published in the official gazette.
