HH The Amir Issues Law Amending Some Provisions of Real Estate Development Regulatory Law

His Highness The  Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani issued Law No. (5) of 2023 amending some provisions of Law No. (6) of 2014 regulating real estate development.

The law is effective and is to be published in the official gazette.
