HH The Amir Issues Amiri Decision

His Highness The Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani issued the Amiri Decision No. 28 of 2023 establishing the Public Authority for Regulating the Real Estate Sector.

The decision is effective starting from the date of its issuance and is to be published in the official gazette.
