HH The Amir Issues Decrees

HH The Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani issued on Monday Decree No. 68 of 2017, ratifying a cooperation agreement on culture between the governments of the State of Qatar and the Kyrgyz Republic, which was signed in Doha on Dec. 8th, 2014, annexed to this decree and to have the force of law in line with Article 68 of the constitution.
HH The Amir also issued Decree No. 69 of 2017, ratifying a memorandum of understanding on cooperation in the field of culture between the governments of the State of Qatar and Republic of Turkey, which was signed in Trabzon on Dec. 18th, 2016, annexed to this decree and to have the force of law in line with Article 68 of the constitution.
HH The Amir also issued Decree No. 70 of 2017, ratifying a cooperation protocol in the field of journalism and media between the governments of the State of Qatar and Republic of Turkey, which was signed in Doha on Dec. 2nd, 2015, annexed to this decree and to have the force of law in line with Article 68 of the constitution.
The decrees are effective starting from their date of issue and are to be published in the official gazette.
