HH the Amir Issues Decrees

HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani issued Wednesday Decree No. 28 of 2017 ratifying an agreement on the promotion and protection of mutual investments between the governments of the State of Qatar and the Kyrgyz Republic, signed in Doha on December 8, 20014 and which shall have the force of law in accordance with Article 68 of the Constitution.

HH the Amir also issued the Decree No. 29 of 2017 ratifying a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in the fields of industrial cooperation between the Governments of the State of Qatar and the State of Kuwait signed in Doha on January 11, 2016, which shall have the force of law in accordance with Article 68 of the Constitution.

HH the Amir issued the Decree No. 23 of 2017 ratifying a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on cooperation in the fields of oil, gas and petrochemicals between the Government of the State of Qatar and the State of Kuwait, signed in Doha on January 11, 2016, which shall have the force of law in accordance with Article 68 of the Constitution.

The Decrees shall be implemented and effective from the date of their issuance and they shall be published in the Official Gazette
