HH The Amir Issues Decree

HH The Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani issued today decree No. 56 of 2017 on ratifying a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for cooperation in the protection of endangered species and the preservation of their natural environment between the Government of Qatar and the Republic of Azerbaijan, signed in Doha on 27/2/2017, the text of which is attached to this decree which shall have the force of law in accordance with Article 68 of the Constitution.

The decree is effective from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
