HH the Amir issues two decree

HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani issued Amiri decree no. 5 of 2017 ratifying a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in the field of water resources signed between the government of the State of Qatar and its counterpart of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria. The MoU was signed in Doha on Nov. 23, 2014. shall assume the power of law in accordance to article 68 of the constitution. 

HH the Amir also issued decree no. 6 of 2017 ratifying a Memorandum of Understanding on consumer protection, economic regulation and fraud signed between the government of the State of Qatar and that of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria. The MoU was signed in Doha on Nov. 23, 2014. It shall assume the power of law in accordance with article 68 of the constitution. 
The two decrees are effective starting from their date of publication in the official gazette.
