HH the Amir Issues Two Decrees

HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani issued Amiri decree no. 45 of 2016 ratifying a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in the legal field between the Government of the State of Qatar and that of the Republic of Singapore. The MoU was signed in Doha on March 6, 2016 and it shall have the power of the law in accordance to article 68 of the constitution.

HH the Amir issued Amiri decree no. 46 of 2016 ratifying an agreement on canceling visa requirements for holders of diplomatic passports, signed in Doha on October 26, 2015 between the government of the State of Qatar and that of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The ratified agreement shall have the power of the law, in accordance to article 68 of the constitution.

The decrees are effective starting from its date of issue and publication in the official gazette.
