HH the Amir Ratifies Two MOUs with Sri Lanka

HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani issued Decree No. 18 of 2016, ratifying a memorandum of understanding on cooperation in the field of youth between the governments of the State of Qatar and the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, which was signed in Colombo on March 24, 2015, and to enter the force in line with Article 68 of the constitution. 
HH also issued today Decree No. 19 of 2016, ratifying a memorandum of understanding in the field of sports between the governments of the State of Qatar and the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, which was signed in Colombo on March 24, 2015, and to enter the force in line with Article 68 of the constitution.
