HH the Amir Issues Decrees

HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani issued the Decree No. 26 of 2016 on the ratification of the Unified Agreement for the Investment of Arab Capital in the Arab States (modified), which shall have the force of law in accordance with Article 68 of the Constitution. 

His Highness also issued the Decree No. 27 of 2016 on the ratification of the agreement on the exemption of visas requirements for holders of diplomatic and special passports and service passports signed between the governments of Qatar and Cuba in Havana on 23/11/2015, which shall have the force of law in accordance with Article 68 of the Constitution. 

HH the Amir issued the Decree No. 24 of 2016 on the ratification of a memorandum of understanding in the field of sport between the Ministry of Youth and Sport of Qatar and the State General Administration of Sport of China signed in Beijing on 3/11/2014, which shall have the force of law in accordance with Article 68 of the Constitution. 

His Highness issued the Decree No 25 of 2016 on the ratification of the agreement in the legal cooperation field between the Ministry of Justice of Qatar and the Ministry of Justice of Romania sign in Bucharest on 21/10/2015, which shall have the force of law in accordance with Article 68 of the Constitution. 

The Decrees are effective starting from their date of issuance and are to published in the official gazette.
