HH the Amir Ratifies Two Cabinet Decision

HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani ratified cabinet decision no. 22 of 2016 of the executive regulations of the tenders and auctions law no. 24 of 2015.

HH the Amir also ratified cabinet decision no. 24 of 2016 which exempts a number of goods from law no. 8 of 2002 which regulates the work of commercial agents.

The two decisions are effective starting from its date of publication in the official gazette.
