HH the Amir Issues Instruments of Ratification

HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani issued five instruments of ratification. The first instrument of ratification is for a draft agreement on sea transport between the governments of the State of Qatar and the Republic of Turkey. The draft agreement was signed in Doha on December 2, 2015.

HH the Amir issued the second instrument of ratification for a draft cooperation agreement in the education field. The agreement was signed between the government of the State of Qatar and its Turkish counterpart in Doha on December 2, 2015.

HH the Amir issued a third instrument of ratification for a draft cooperation protocol in the Press and media field between the governments of Qatar and Turkey, signed in Doha on December 2, 2015.

HH the Amir issued the fourth instrument of ratification for a draft Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the governments of the State of Qatar and the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. The draft MoU was signed in Doha on December 29, 2015.

HH the Amir issued the fifth instrument of ratification for a draft cooperation agreement in the culture and arts field between the governments of the State of Qatar and the Republic of Kazakhstan. The draft was signed in Doha on October 26, 2015.
