HH Amir approves the Council of Ministers Resolution No. (6) of 2016

HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani ratified Cabinet Decision No. 6 of 2016 on the extension of leases of premises and parts thereof that are leased for non-residential purposes, governed by the provisions of Law No. 4 of 2008 Regarding Property Leasing and are in force on 14/02/2016, for one year starting from 15/02/2016, unless the lease provides for a longer period or the lessee does not intend to renew the lease, provided that the lessee is occupying the leased premises. 
The decision is effective starting from February 15, 2016 and is to be published in the official gazette.
