HH the Amir Issues Two Ratification Decrees

HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani on Tuesday issued Decree No. 36 of 2016, ratifying an agreement between Central American Integration System (SICA) and the State of Qatar in relation to Qatar's accession to SICA as an observer member, which was signed in Belize City on December 16, 2014, and to enter the force of law in line with Article 68 of the constitution.

HH the Amir also issued Decree No. 37 of 2016, ratifying a memorandum of understanding on cooperation in the field of information technology and communications between Qatar's Ministry of Communications and Information Technology and South Korea's Ministry of Science, Information and Communication Technology, and Future Planning, which was signed in Seoul on November 5, 2014, and to enter the force of law in line with Article 68 of the constitution.
