HH the Amir Issues Two Decrees

HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani issued decree No. 38 of 2014 approving Qatar's accession to the 2005 Convention for the Suppression of Unlawful Acts against the Safety of Maritime Navigation, and shall have the force of law in accordance with Article (68) of the Constitution. 
HH the Amir of Qatar issued today decree No. 39 of 2014 approving Qatar's accession to the Protocol for the Suppression of Unlawful Acts against the Safety of Fixed Platforms Located on the Continental Shelf of 2005, and shall have the force of law in accordance with Article (68) of the Constitution. 
The two decrees are effective as of the date of their publication in the official gazette
